Abstract
The design of Pipe Rack structures for Steam Power Plants (PLTU) in South Kalimantan is a key project in the region's energy infrastructure development. This research aims to study and design an efficient and safe Pipe Rack structure, in accordance with industry standards and local environmental conditions. The methods used include structural needs analysis, structural load calculations, and operational condition simulations. The results show that a well-designed Pipe Rack can improve the operational efficiency of PLTU and reduce the risk of accidents. Therefore, a good Pipe Rack design is crucial for supporting the sustainability and safety of PLTU operations in South Kalimantan. Perancangan struktur Pipe Rack untuk Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) di Kalimantan Selatan merupakan proyek kunci dalam pengembangan infrastruktur energi di daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan merancang struktur Pipe Rack yang efisien dan aman, sesuai dengan standar industri dan kondisi lingkungan lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan struktur, perhitungan beban struktural, dan simulasi kondisi operasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan Pipe Rack yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional PLTU serta mengurangi risiko kecelakaan. Dengan demikian, perancangan struktur Pipe Rack yang baik sangat penting untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan keamanan operasi PLTU di Kalimantan Selatan.
