Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Motivation on Employee Performance at MA Al-Falah school West Jakarta. The population in this study are employees of MA Al-Falah school West Jakarta. The sample in this study consisted 34 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique. The data collection methods in this study used questionnaires. The data analysis method in this study used Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on the results of data analysis shows that the variables of leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment and motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Sekolah MA Al-Falah Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Sekolah MA Al-Falah di Jakarta Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEMPLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan
