Abstract
Employees in Jakarta face challenges in maintaining work-life balance due to high work demands. In addition, job satisfaction also plays a role in determining employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on Job Performance for employees in Jakarta. This study uses quantitative methods with partial and multiple linear regression. The sample of this study amounted to 271 employees in Jakarta who were selected using Accidental Sampling. The results of this study indicate that Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Job Performance by 24.8%. The results of the correlation matrix test between dimensions show that Personal Life Interference with Work is negatively correlated with the Counterproductive Work Behavior dimension, then the intrinsic dimension is negatively correlated with the Task Performance dimension. This finding indicates that the higher the personal life interference with work, the lower the employee's counterproductive behavior. In addition, higher intrinsic job satisfaction does not necessarily increase task performance, which suggests that other factors may moderate this relationship. Keyword: Work-Life Balance, Satisfaction, Performance. Karyawan di Jakarta menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi akibat tingginya tuntutan kerja. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja juga berperan dalam menentukan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Job Performance pada karyawan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi linier parsial dan berganda. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 271 karyawan di Jakarta yang dipilih menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Work-Life Balance dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Performance sebesar 24,8%. Hasil uji matriks korelasi antar dimensi menunjukkan bahwa Personal Life Interference with Work berkorelasi negatif dengan dimensi Counterproductive Work Behavior, kemudian pada dimensi intrinsik berkorelasi negatif dengan dimensi Task Performance. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi rintangan dari kehidupan pribadi terhadap pekerjaan, semakin rendah perilaku kontraproduktif karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja intrinsik yang lebih tinggi tidak selalu meningkatkan kinerja tugas, yang menunjukkan bahwa faktor lain dapat memoderasi hubungan ini.
