Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of positive psychological capital and learning organization on employee performance at PT. X with 236 PT. X employees as research subjects. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Sampling was carried out using accidental sampling techniques using SPSS 26 in data processing. The results of the study prove that there is a significant positive influence between positive psychological capital and learning organization on employee performance at PT. X by 85.5%. Keywords: Positive Psychological Capital, Learning Organization, Work Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh positive psychological capital dan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di PT. X dengan subjek penelitian 236 karyawan PT. X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan menggunakan SPSS 26 dalam olah data. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara positive psychological capital dan organisasi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di PT. X sebesar 85,5%.
