Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the difference in work stress levels before and after using the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Mental Health Chatbot Stresslez.id in Gen Z workers. There were 30 Gen Z workers who participated in the experimental study. The instrument used in the study used the Job Stress Scale developed by Shukla & Srivastava with 5 aspects of the job stress scale, namely times stress, anxiety stress, role expectation conflict, coworker support and work-life balance. Data were obtained through questionnaires filled out online and analyzed using SPSS 26. The results of the analysis showed that the experimental group experienced a significant decrease in work stress levels after using the AI chatbot (Stresslez.id). Before being given AI, the average work stress of Gen Z was 78.37 and after being given AI, the work stress of Gen Z was 52.37 with the highest decrease in the aspects of role expectation conflict and anxiety stress. So the results of the study can be stated that there is a difference in the level of work stress between before being given AI and after being given AI. Keywords: work stress, Gen Z, artificial intelligence, experimental research Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat stress kerja sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Chatbot Artificial Intelligence (AI) Mental Health Stresslez.id pada pekerja gen Z. Terdapat 30 pekerja gen Z yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan Job Stress Scale yang dikembangkan oleh shukla & Srivastava dengan 5 aspek job stress scale yaitu times stress, anxiety stress, role expectation conflict, coworker support dan woklife balance. Data didapatkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi secara online dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami penurunan tingkat stress kerja yang signifikan setelah menggunakan chatbot AI (Stresslez.id). Sebelum diberikan AI rata-rata stress kerja gen Z sebesar 78,37 dan setelah diberikan AI stress kerja gen Z sebesar 52,37 dengan penurunan yang paling tinggi dari aspek role expectation conflict dan anxiety stress. Maka hasil penelitian dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat stress kerja antara sebelum diberikan AI dan setelah diberikan AI.
