Abstract
Job satisfaction reflects the extent to which employees like their jobs, while turnover reflects job dissatisfaction that can hinder the development of the company. At PT Parsaoran Global Datatrans, the turnover rate reached an average of 6.5% in 2023, which could potentially affect the company's economy due to re-recruitment costs. This research uses quantitative methods with questionnaires distributed to 44 employees at the East Jakarta branch. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of workload culture (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on the level of employee job satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. The results showed that workload (X1) has a significant influence on job satisfaction (Y) with a significance value of 0.009 (<0.05). Organizational culture (X2) also significantly affects job satisfaction, as evidenced by the significance value of <0.001. The ANOVA test shows that variables X1 and X2 simultaneously affect Y with a significant value of <0.001. This indicates that employee job satisfaction is influenced by workload and organizational culture, both individually and together. This research confirms the importance of creating a positive work culture and optimally managing workload to increase employee job satisfaction and reduce turnover rates Keywords: Workload, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Kepuasan kerja mencerminkan sejauh mana karyawan menyukai pekerjaannya, sedangkan turnover mencerminkan ketidakpuasan kerja yang dapat menghambat perkembangan perusahaan. Pada PT. Parsaoran Global Datatrans, tingkat turnover mencapai rata-rata 6,5% pada tahun 2023, yang berpotensi memengaruhi ekonomi perusahaan akibat biaya perekrutan ulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 44 karyawan di cabang Jakarta Timur. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahi pengaruh budaya beban kerja (X1) dan budaya organisasi (X2) terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan, baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,009 (<0,05). Budaya organisasi (X2) juga secara signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan kerja, terbukti dari nilai signifikansi <0,001. Uji ANOVA menunjukkan variabel X1 dan X2 secara simultan memengaruhi Y dengan nilai signifikan <0,001. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kepuasan kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja dan budaya organisasi, baik secara individu maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya menciptakan budaya kerja yang positif dan mengelola beban kerja secara optimal untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan menekan tingkat turnover.
