Abstract

Muara Angke is the northernmost area of Jakarta which is often hit by the natural phenomenon of Rob floods, which often affects the productivity of fish distribution and trade at the fish auction site which is right on the Muara Angke sea coast. Apart from that, the physical degradation that occurs in almost every corner of the city of Jakarta, especially in the Muara Angke area due to population density, has caused the Muara Angke area to begin to lose its identity as an area with promising marine tourism potential. Therefore, in overcoming this problem, designing marine product marketing buildings that can better adapt to natural phenomena and the surrounding climate could be one of the efforts to rebuild regional productivity. The Modern Tropical Concept is an architectural design approach that combines tropical architectural principles with modern elements. This concept aims to create a building that is comfortable, energy efficient and in harmony with the tropical climate, while still displaying a clean, minimalist and functional aesthetic. Keywords : Fish Market, Fish Auction Place, Rob Flood, Tropical, Modern Architecture Muara angke merupakan daerah paling utara jakarta yang sering dilanda fenomena alam banjir Rob sehingga kerap mempengaruhi produktifitas pendistribusian dan juga perdagangan ikan di tempat pelelangan ikan yang berada tepat di pesisir laut Muara Angke. Selain itu, degradasi fisik yang terjadi hampir disetiap sudut kota jakarta khusunya di kawasan muara angke akibat kepadatan penduduk menyebabkan kawasan Muara Angke mulai kehilangan identitasnya sebagai kawasan dengan potensi wisata laut yang menjanjikan. Oleh sebab itu, dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini perancangan bangunan pemasaran produk laut yang bisa lebih beradaptasi dengan fenomena alam dan iklim sekitar dapat menjadi salah saatu upaya dalam membangun kembali produktifitas kawasan. Konsep Tropis Modern adalah pendekatan desain arsitektur yang menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur tropis dengan elemen-elemen modern. Konsep ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan bangunan yang nyaman, hemat energi, dan selaras dengan iklim tropis, sambil tetap menampilkan estetika yang bersih, minimalis, dan fungsional.
