Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work motivation, and principal supervision toward teacher’s performance at SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. The study approach is a quantitative approach through data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 63 respondents with the sampling technique used is census. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression conducted through SPSS software version 25. The results show that the variables of competence, work motivation, and principal supervision, partly have a positive and significant effect toward teacher’s performance. At the same time, all three variables independent of competence, work motivation, and principal supervision have a positive and significant effect toward teacher’s performance at SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel berjumlah 63 responden dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda yang dijalankan melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan supervisi kepala sekolah secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara simultan, ke tiga variable bebas kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan supervisi kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. Kata kunci : kompetensi, motivasi kerja, supervisi, dan kinerja guru.
