Abstract
This study aims to determine the Influence of Organizational Cynicism on Job Satisfaction Mediated by Spiritual Organization and Moderated by Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention of ATC Employees at Soekarno Hatta Airport. This research method uses quantitative. The population in this study were 190 permanent employees. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling, with a sample size of 129 employees. Research data were collected through questionnaires. The data analysis method used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study showed that: 1) Organizational cynicism has a negative effect on job satisfaction, 2) Organizational cynicism has a negative effect on job satisfaction, 3) Spiritual organization has a positive effect on job satisfaction 4) Spiritual organization has a negative effect in mediating organizational cynicism on job satisfaction 5) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention 6) Organizational commitment has a positive effect in moderating organizational cynicism on job satisfaction 7) Turnover intention has a negative effect in moderating organizational cynicism on job satisfaction. The contribution of this research is the findings that can be used as a basis for human resource management policies in improving company performance.
