Abstract

This research aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of company size, leverage, institutional ownership and profitability on company value. The independent variables used in this research are company size, leverage, institutional ownership and profitability. The dependent variable used in this research is Company Value. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange, journal articles and the official websites of each company. The population in this research consists of 72 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019- 2022. Using the Purposive Sampling sampling technique, a sample of 18 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange was obtained. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS to test Profitability, Leverage, Company Size and Institutional Ownership. Based on the results of this research, it shows that Profitability has a significant positive effect on Company Value, Leverage has a significant negative effect on Company Value, Institutional Ownership has a significant negative effect on Company Value, while Company Size has no effect on company value. Keywords : Company Size, Leverage, Institutional Ownership and Profitability on Company Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh Ukuran perushaan, Leverage, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Variabel independent yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ukuran perushaan, Leverage, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Profitabilitas. Variabel dependent yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nilai Perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia, artikel jurnal dan situs resmi masing-masing perusahaan, populasi pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 72 perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019- 2022. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling didapat sampel sebanyak 18 Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji Profitabilitas, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan kepemilikan Institusional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positf signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Institusional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan Ukuran Perusahan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage, Kepemilikan Institusional Dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
