Abstract

The property business sector, such as the construction of high-rise buildings, is construction activity that involves various interested parties. The problem often faced by high-rise building construction projects at PT X as the property developer caused the planned completion target not to be achieved. This research aims to analyze the influence of owner decisions on implementation time performance based on project communication management in high-rise building construction projects. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression with SPSS and SemPLS analysis, with a sample size of 80 respondents. The research results show that project communication management has a positive and significant effect on owner decisions in high-rise building construction projects, owner decisions have a positive and significant effect on contractor performance in high-rise building construction projects, owner decisions have a positive and significant effect on consultant performance in building construction projects high-rise buildings, owner decisions have a positive and significant effect on supplier performance in high-rise building construction projects and the performance of contractors, consultants and suppliers has a positive and significant effect on time performance in high-rise building construction projects. Keywords : Construction Communication Management, Owner Decision, Contractor Performance, Contractor Performance, Supplier Performance, Time Performance Sektor usaha property seperti pembangunan Gedung bertingkat tinggi merupakan kegiatan konstruksi yang melibatkan berbagai pihak yang berkepentingan. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh proyek pembangunan Gedung bertingkat tinggi di PT X adalah kurangnya koordinasi baik dilapangan ataupun koordinasi secara tertulis antara PT X selaku owner dengan stakeholder proyek lain seperti kontraktor,konsultan dan supplier sehingga berdampak pada keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek Gedung bertingkat tinggi yang dikerjakan oleh PT X selaku pengembang property yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target waktu penyelesian yang sudah direncanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Owner decision terhadap kinerja waktu pelaksanaan berbasis manajemen komunikasi proyek pada proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat tinggi. Analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan SPSS dan Analisis SemPLS, dengan jumlah sampel 80 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen komunikasi proyek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap owner decision dalam proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat tinggi, owner decision berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kontraktor dalam proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat tinggi, owner decision berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja konsultan dalam proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat tinggi, owner decision berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja suplier dalam proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat tinggi dan kinerja kontraktor, konsultan dan suplier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja waktu dalam proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat tinggi.
