Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Service Quality, Location, and Store Atmosphere on Purchase Intention in Ayam Geprek Bensu. The population object in this study is the Cengkareng Community, West Jakarta. This study was conducted on 160 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. (PLS 4.0). The design of this study is causal research with a data analysis method using PLS SEM. This study proves that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, Location has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Keywords: Service Quality, Location, Store Atmosphere, and Purchase Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi, dan Store Atmosphere terhadap Minat Beli Pada Ayam Geprek Bensu. Objek populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 160 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. (PLS 4.0). Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal dengan metode analisis data menggunakan PLS SEM. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Lokasi, Store Atmosphere, dan Minat Beli
