Abstract

Job satisfaction among employees in the Offline Department is an important issue to consider, as seen in Company PT. X where many employees feel insecure and threatened regarding their jobs, leading to a high turnover rate due to job dissatisfaction. This phenomenon is what makes the researcher interested in investigating the relationship between job insecurity and job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method and non-probability sampling technique with a population of 119 respondents. from statistical analysis shows a relationship between job insecurity and job satisfaction among offline department employees at PT. X company. Correlation analysis shows a significant and negative relationship between job insecurity and job satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of -0.448 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The higher the feeling of job insecurity experienced by employees, the lower their job satisfaction. The results explain that job insecurity has a negative impact on employee job satisfaction. Validity and reliability data show that the instruments used in this study are valid and reliable. Keywords: Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, Offline Department PT. X Kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Departement Offline merupakan hal yang perlu untuk diperhatikan, seperti yang terjadi di Perusahaan PT. X banyak karyawan yang merasa tidak aman dan terancam terhadap pekerjaannya sehingga menyebabkan banyak karyawan yang mengundurkan diri karena ketidakpuasan kerja pada pekerjaan mereka. Fenomena ini yang membuat peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti adanya hubungan antara job insecurity dengan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampling dengan non probability sampling jumlah populasi 119 responden. dari analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja terhadap karyawan departement offline di perusahaan PT. X. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan menandakan signifikan dan negatif antara job insecurity dengan kepuasan kerja, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,448 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Semakin tinggi perasaan ketidakamanan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan, semakin rendah kepuasan kerja mereka. Hasil tersebut menjelaskan bahwa rasa tidak aman dalam bekerja memberikan hubungan negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Data validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini valid dan dapat diandalkan. Kata Kunci : Job Insecurity, Kepuasan Kerja, Departement Offline PT. X
