Abstract

The development of renewable alternative energy has transformed into a mandatory plan for countries in the world, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government has a target of cutting 358 million tons of CO₂ or 12.5% of the total national emission reduction target by 2030. Therefore, companies need to anticipate several of these obstacles in order optimize the supply chain network and require companies to have values that can meet the needs of the owner. So far, mining companies have only conducted performance evaluations for each division, so that the results of the existing performance evaluations have not shown integration between the various divisions in the company. In overcoming these problems, companies need to determine and measure the concept of supply chain management. The purpose of this study is to validate the appropriate key indicators in measuring the performance of the Biosolar B30 supply chain in Mining Companies and to design a B30 biosolar supply chain performance measurement system in Mining Companies. The methods used in measuring supply chain performance are the AHP and SCOR methods. The measurement of supply chain performance obtained in the study is 42 indicators. Based on the results of the SCOR method research, the criteria that have the highest SCOR value are source 0.83, return 0.81, deliver 0.78, and plan 0.74. Recommendations for improvement for indicators that are not yet satisfactory are that the company can make improvements to the criteria studied. So that immediate improvements are needed to obtain the targeted performance results of 80%. Pengembangan energi alternatif terbarukan telah bertransformasi menjadi rencana wajib bagi negara-negara di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Pemerintah Indonesia memiliki target pemangkasan 358 juta ton CO₂ atau sebesar 12,5% dari total target pengurangan emisi nasional pada 2030. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengantisipasi beberapa kendala tersebut agar dapat mengoptimalkan jaringan rantai pasok (suppy chain), dan mengharuskan perusahaan memiliki nilai-nilai (value) yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan owner. Pada perusahaan pertambangan selama ini hanya melakukan evaluasi kinerja per masing-masing divisi saja, sehingga hasil evaluasi kinerja yang ada belum menunjukkan keterpaduan antara berbagai divisi dalam perusahaan. Maka dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan penetapan dan pengukuran konsep manajemen rantai pasok. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu dapat memvalidasi indikator kunci yang sesuai dalam mengukur kinerja rantai pasok Biosolar B30 pada Perusahaan Pertambangan dan merancang sistem pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok biosolar B30 pada Perusahaan Pertambangan, Metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok yaitu metode AHP dan SCOR. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok yang diperoleh dalam penelitian yaitu terdapat 42 indikator. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian metode SCOR kriteria yang memiliki nilai SCOR tertinggi yaitu source 0,83, return sebesar 0,81, deliver sebesar 0,78, dan plan sebesar 0,74. Rekomendasi improvement untuk indikator yang belum memuaskan bahwa perusahaan dapat melakukan perbaikan pada kriteria-kriteria yang diteliti. Sehingga perlu segera adanya perbaikan untuk mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang telah ditargetkan yaitu minimal sebesar 80%.
