Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality and service which continues to increase from the quality of services that have been used through Service Quality (Servqual), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)). Swissotel Jakarta PIK Aveneu is a 5 star class hotel with good quality located on Pantai Indah Kapuk. This hotel is located at Jalan Pantai Indah Utara 1 Rt. 6 Rw. 2 Kapuk Muara, Penjaringan Jakarta 14470. Hospitality services are one of the commercial hotel accommodations that provide various services such as lodging services, food and drink preparation for anyone who needs them. The main products are those sold by lodgings, namely room rentals or lodging services. Quality of service is critical to the success of any service provider organization. These service quality dimensions can be used to measure the service quality of a service company. Measuring service quality means evaluating or comparing the performance of a service by setting predetermined standards. Keywords: Service Quality, Importance Performance Analysis Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan pelayanan yang terus meningkat dari kualitas pelayanan yang telah digunakan melalui Service Quality (Servqual), dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)). Swissotel Jakarta PIK Aveneu merupakan salah satu hotel berkelas bintang 5 memiliki kualitas yang yang baik berada di Pantai Indah Kapuk. Hotel ini beralamat di Jalan Pantai Indah Utara 1 Rt. 6 Rw. 2 Kapuk Muara, Penjaringan Jakarta 14470. Pelayanan dalam perhotelan merupakan salah satu akomodasi perhotelan yang komersial telah menyediakan berbagai pelayanan (service) seperti, pelayanan penginapan, penyiapan makanan dan minuman  bagi siapa saja yang memerlukan. Dalam produk utamanya adalah yang dijual oleh akomodasi yaitu sewa kamar atau jasa penginapan. Kualitas layanan yang sangat penting untuk keberhasilan setiap organisasi dari penyedia layanan. Dimensi Kualitas layanan tersebut dapat dipergunakan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan suatu perusahaan jasa. Mengukur kualitas layanan berarti mengevaluasi atau membandingkan kinerja suatu jasa dengan seperangkat standar yang telah ditetapkan terlebih dahulu.
