Abstract
Work motivation plays an important role in a company. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Recognition on increasing employee motivation.. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Indo Pratama Cellular. And the sample used is 150 employees. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) tools. The results of this study indicate that Employee Recognition has a positive and significant effect on increasing employee motivation. Keywords: Employee Recognition, Work Motivation. Motivasi kerja berperan penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Employee Recognition terhadap peningkatan Motivasi Kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Selular Indo Pratama. Dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 orang karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Employee Recognition berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Employee Recognition, Motivasi Kerja
