Abstract

Jakarta is a city with a fairly fast economic growth rate. The economy of Jakarta is mainly supported by the trade, services, property, creative industries and financial sectors. The increasing number of developments in DKI Jakarta certainly has an impact on the environment, one of which is the application of interior design that does not apply the principles of Green Design. Kemang area, South Jakarta is one of the supporting areas for business centers in the city of Jakarta. The growth of the Kemang area into a commercial area, then attracts tourists to visit and business people to invest. In this area, various kinds of shopping areas, malls, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, galleries, art spaces and of course accommodation facilities such as hotels are flourishing. The high business competition between hotels in the Kemang area demands POP! Hotel Kemang to continue to make improvements and innovations so that it can attract consumer interest. The problem identified in this report is designing the interior POP! Hotel Kemang with a Modern Concept and layout arrangement according to user functions and needs, as well as applying the Green Design principle with the natural nuances of the City of Jakarta to match the location of this hotel. With the theme "Cheerful with the Nature Of Jakarta", it will provide a comfortable home feel for visitors who come to stay or for business purposes. In addition, the budget hotel classifications that are presented make POP! Hotel Kemang can compete in the hotel business in Jakarta. Keywords : Budget Hotel, POP! Hotel Kemang, Modern, Cheerful, Nature, Green Design Jakarta merupakan kota dengan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang cukup pesat. Perekonomian Jakarta terutama ditunjang oleh sektor perdagangan, jasa, properti, industri kreatif, dan keuangan. Semakin banyaknya pembangunan di DKI Jakarta tentunya memberikan dampak terhadap lingkungan, Salah satunya karena penerapan desain interior yang tidak menerapkan prinsip Green Design. Kawasan Kemang, Jakarta Selatan merupakan salah satu dari kawasan pendukung sentra bisnis di kota Jakarta. Tumbuhnya kawasan Kemang menjadi kawasan komersil, kemudian menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung serta pebisnis untuk menanam modal. Pada kawasan ini tumbuh subur berbagai macam Shopping Area, Mall, Cafe, Restaurant, Boutique, Gallery, Art Space dan tentunya sarana penginapan seperti, Hotel. Tingginya persaingan bisnis antar Hotel diwilayah Kemang menuntut POP! Hotel Kemang untuk terus melakukan perbaikan dan inovasi sehingga dapat menarik minat konsumen. Identifikasi masalah pada laporan ini adalah merancang interior POP! Hotel Kemang dengan Konsep Modern dan penataan layout sesuai fungsi dan kebutuhan pengguna, serta menerapkan prinsip Green Design bernuansa kealamian Kota Jakarta agar sesuai dengan lokasi berdirinya hotel ini. Dengan tema “ Cheerful with the Nature Of Jakarta” akan memberikan nuansa rumah yang nyaman untuk digunakan para pengunjung yang datang untuk menginap ataupun untuk kepentingan bisnis. Selain itu, klasifikasi hotel budget yang disajikan menjadikan POP! Hotel Kemang dapat bersaing dalam bisnis perhotelan di Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Hotel Budget, POP!
