Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of servant leadership, job satisfaction, and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among employees of PT. Triple One Global. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is PT. Triple One Global as many as 80 respondents. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS 3.3.2 analysis tool. The results showed that servant leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Keywords: Servent Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership, kepuasan kerja, dan quality of work life terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Triple One Global. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Triple One Global sebanyak 80 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukan servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
