Abstract

This study discusses the effect of Dufan's facilities and service quality on tourist satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to determine the extent of the influence of Dufan's facilities and service quality on the satisfaction of tourists. This study uses a quantitative method based on previous research journals. To measure the level of facilities and service quality, Dufan uses theory and tourist satisfaction uses the attitude component. This research is correlational, the sample taken is the tourists who has visited Dufan tourism as many as 120 people. Sampling based on IBM SPSS. Data were collected through questionnaires which were answered by respondents given a score based on a Likert Scale. The score is entered into the google form. The results of this study indicate that facilities have a positive and significant effect on Dufan Tourist Satisfaction, Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Dufan Tourists. Keywords: facilities, service quality, and tourist satisfaction. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan dufan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan dufan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang berlandaskan jurnal-jurnal penelitian terdahulu. Untuk mengukur tingkat fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan dufan menggunakan teori dan kepuasan wisatawan menggunakan kompenen sikap. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional, sampel diambil adalah wisatawan yang telah berkunjung wisata dufan sebanyak 120 orang. Penaarikan sampel berdasarkan rumus IBM SPSS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dijawab oleh responden diberi skor berdasarkan Skala Likert. Skor tersebut dimasukkan kedalam google form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasaan Wisatawan Dufan, Kualitas Pelayan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Wisatawan Dufan. Kata kunci: Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelayanan, Dan Kepuasan Wisatawan.
