Abstract
This study is to analyze the Work Environment, Workload, Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention of employees of PT Lensa Globalindo. The object of this research is all employees who work at PT Lensa Globalindo. This research was conducted on 52 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The research results show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Work Environment, Workload, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT Lensa Globalindo. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Lensa Globalindo. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 52 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
