Abstract
In the implementation of construction projects, it has been determined and limited by constraints that are mutually influencing and are commonly referred to as the project constraint triangle, namely the scope of work (scope), time and cost, these three factors will determine the quality of a project. This study aims to analyze Desain, Labor, Materials, and Equipment Against the Time Performance Control Model and Cost of the Lower Foundation Work (Bore Pile) Bridge Project. The relationship between Desain, Labor, Materials is made a regression analysis with SPSS while the Time Performance Control Model and Cost of the Lower Foundation Work will be made in a path diagram model, and analyzed using SEMPLS with a sample of 104 respondents. The results of the study indicate that desain, labor, materials and equipment have a significant influence on the control model in bridge construction projects. The control model in bridge construction projects has a significant impact on time performance and cost performance, desain variables, labor, materials and equipment are the key to improving the control model on time performance and cost performance. The control model has an effect as a mediation of desain, equipment, labor and materials on cost performance and time performance. Keywords: Desain, Labor, Materials, Equipment, Control Model, Cost Performance, Time Performance Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, telah ditentukan dan dibatasi oleh kendala-kendala yang sifatnya saling mempengaruhi dan biasa disebut sebagai segitiga project constrain yaitu lingkup pekerjaan (scope), waktu dan biaya, ketiga faktor ini akan menentukan kualitas suatu proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Desain, Tenaga Kerja, Material, Dan Peralatan Terhadap Model Pengendalian Kinerja Waktu Serta Biaya Pekerjaan Pondasi Bawah (Bore Pile) Proyek Jembatan. Hubungan antara Desain, Tenaga Kerja, Material dibuat analisis regresi dengan SPSS sedangkan Model Pengendalian Kinerja Waktu Serta Biaya Pekerjaan Pondasi Bawah akan dibuat dalam suatu model diagram jalur, dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan jumlah sampel 104 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain, tenaga kerja, material dan peralatan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap model pengendalian dalam proyek konstruksi jembatan. Model pengendalian dalam proyek pembangunan jembatan berdampak signifikan pada kinerja waktu dan kinerja biaya, variabel desain, tenaga kerja, material dan perlatan merupakan kunci untuk meningkatkan model pengendalian terhadap kinerja waktu dan kinerja biaya. Model pengendalian berpengaruh sebagai mediasi desain, peralatan, tenaga kerja dan material terhadap kinerja biaya dan kinerja waktu.
