Abstract
The Research aims to analyze the influence of compensation, organizational commitment and organizational justice on turnover intention in PT Citra Menara Megah. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this study was PT. Citra Menara Megah 56 respondents. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The result of this study indicate that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention Keyword : compensation, organizational commitment, organizational justice, turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, komitmen organisasi, dan keadilan organisasi terhadap keinginan keluar pada karyawan PT Citra Menara Megah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT Citra Menara Megah sebanyak 56 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM PLS) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar. Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keinginan keluar. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Komitmen organisasi, Keadilan organisasi, Keinginan keluar.
