Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work climate, motivation and work creativity on employee productivity at PT Sayap Biru. The sample was determined using a random sampling jenuh with a total of 100 PT Sayap Biru employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to PT Sayap Biru employees. The research method uses quantitative methods by carrying out validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests using the Smart PLS application. The research results show that the Work Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on the Work Productivity variable, the Work Motivation variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the Employee Productivity variable and the Work Creativity variable has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Productivity variable. Employees who feel appreciated and supported tend to be more motivated to do a good job. Motivation can encourage better collaboration, effective communication, and sharing of ideas. Creative employees have a tendency to find new opportunities or gaps in the business environment. Keywords: Work Climate, Work Motivation, Employee Creativity, Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim kerja, motivasi dan kreativitas kerja terhadap produktivitas perusaha PT.Sayap Biru. Pententuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah 108 orang karyawan PT Sayap Biru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Iklim Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Produktivitas Perusahaan, variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Produktivitas Karyawan dan Variabel Kreativitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Produktivitas Karyawan. Karyawan yang merasa dihargai dan didukung cenderung lebih termotivasi untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Motivasi dapat mendorong kolaborasi yang lebih baik, komunikasi yang efektif, dan pembagian ide-ide dan Karyawan yang kreatif memiliki kecenderungan untuk menemukan peluang baru atau celah dalam lingkungan bisnis.
