Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work life balance, work environment, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at Bank Central Asia KCU Wahid Hasyim. The Objects in this research are full time employees of Bank Central Asia located at KCU Wahid Hasyim. The population of this study were 150 employees at BCA KCU Wahid Hasyim and as many 50 full time employees chosen as a sample. The researcher used Probability sampling as random sampling method. The data collection methods used are primary data and secondary data. Determination of sample size uses a Likert Scale where the scale calculation will be used to measure a person's attitudes, opinions and perceptions about social phenomena. The researcher using Smart PLS to analyzing the data with testing instruments carried out through validity and reliability testing, while the data analysis technique used is the descriptive analysis method, Measurement Model Test (Outer Model) and Structural Model Test (Inner Model). The results of this research show that Work Life Balance, Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life Balance, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank Central Asia KCU Wahid Hasyim. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap BCA KCU Wahid Hasyim. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan pada BCA KCU Wahid Hasyim. Dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 Karyawan tetap pada BCA KCU Wahid Hasyim. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling ialah Simple Random Sampling. Metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan Skala Likert dimana perhitungan skala akan digunakan untuk mengukur sikap, pendapat dan persepsi seseorang tentang fenomena sosial. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS dengan instrumen pengujian yang dilakukan melalui pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, Uji Model Pengukuran (Outer Model) dan Uji Model Struktural (Inner Model). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Work Life Balance, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Komitmen Organinsasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.
