Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of psychological empowerment on job crafting among employees. Psychological empowerment refers to employees' perceptions of control and autonomy in the workplace, consisting of four dimensions: meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. Meanwhile, job crafting refers to employees' proactive efforts to redesign their jobs to better align with personal needs and preferences. This study employed a quantitative approach, collecting data through a questionnaire distributed to 383 respondents. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between psychological empowerment and job crafting, demonstrating that the higher the sense of psychological empowerment, the greater the tendency for employees to engage in job crafting. Key Words: Psychological Empowerment, Job Crafting Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh psychological empowerment terhadap job crafting pada karyawan. Psychological empowerment mengacu pada persepsi karyawan mengenai kendali dan otonomi mereka di tempat kerja, yang terdiri dari empat dimensi: makna, kompetensi, penentuan diri, dan dampak. Sementara itu, job crafting merujuk pada upaya proaktif karyawan dalam merancang ulang pekerjaan mereka agar lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi pribadi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 383 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara psychological empowerment dan job crafting, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar perasaan pemberdayaan psikologis yang dimiliki karyawan, semakin tinggi kecenderungan mereka untuk melakukan job crafting.
