Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of workload on the work stress of nurses on duty at the DKI Jakarta health center. This research is a study that uses quantitative methods. The variables of this study are workload and work stress. The sample in this study was 100 respondents of DKI Jakarta health center nurses. The data collection technique used a printed questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression technique. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence between workload variables on the work stress of nurses on duty at the DKI Jakarta Health Center. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stres kerja perawat yang bertugas di puskesman DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini adalah beban kerja dan stres kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 100 responden perawat puskesmas DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah dicetak. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel beban kerja terhadap stres kerja perawat yang bertugas di Puskesmas DKI Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja
