Abstract

Penerapan teknologi sistem informasi di dalam operasional bisnis perusahaan berpotensi memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Pada periode tahun terakhir, perkembangan teknologi sistem informasi berkembang amat pesat dengan menghadirkan berbagai inovasi terbaru dan mutakhir. Perkembangan cepat teknologi sistem informasi mendorong bagi perusahaan untuk dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan tersebut, namun demikian tidak semua jenis teknologi informasi yang tersedia bermanfaat atau sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.Sehubungan dengan telah ditunjuknya Danareksa sebagai Holding berdasarkan PP No 113 Tahun 2021 dan dengan telah keluarnya PP No 7 Tahun 2022 tentang Penambahan Penyertaan Modal Negara Republik Indonesia ke Dalam Modal Saham Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero), maka dibutuhkan sistem yang telah teruji, sesuai dengan best practice, reliable serta memiliki support yang baik untuk mendukung kegiatan transaksi operasional perusahaan sebagai entitas dan sebagai induk holding serta keinginan untuk mencapai sistem yang terintegrasi dan terotomatisasi dengan baik. Adapun fenomena yang terjadi di Danareksa antara lain: Implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) belum maksimal dalam menjalankan transaksi operasional perusahaan dan konsolidasi keuangan dengan anggota holding, Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Kuantitatif. Adapun hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Hipotesis pertama menunjukkan diterima dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,194 lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,96. Nilai p-value 0,001 kurang dari nilai alfa 0,05. Artinya, hipotesis pertama menunjukkan Project Management Office (H1) diterima, dan H0 ditolak. Dapat dikatakan bahwa Project Management Office berpengaruh terhadap implementasi ERP-SAP. Hipotesis kedua ditolak dalam penelitian ini. Menurut temuan studi, Edukasi dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Implementasi ERP-SAP karena memiliki nilai estimasi sebesar -0,086. Pengaruh Edukasi dan pelatihan terhadap Implementasi ERP-SAP tidak signifikan karena memliki nilai p-value sebesar 0,481 > 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Edukasi dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Implementasi ERP-SAP sedangkan pada Anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap Implementasi ERP-SAP karena memiliki nilai estimasi sebesar 0,493. Pengaruh Anggaran terhadap Implementasi ERP-SAP signifikan karena memliki nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap Implementasi ERP-SAP The application of information systems technology in the company's business operations has the potential to have a major impact on company performance. In the last period of years, the development of information systems technology has grown very rapidly by presenting various latest and latest innovations. The rapid development of information systems technology encourages companies to be able to adapt to these changes, however, not all types of information technology available are useful or in accordance with company needs. In connection with the appointment of Danareksa as a Holding based on PP No. 113 of 2021 and with the issuance of PP No. 7 of 2022 concerning the Addition of State Capital of the Republic of Indonesia to the Share Capital of Company Companies (Persero), a system that has been tested, in accordance with best practice is needed. , reliable and has good support to support Danareksa's operational transaction activities as an entity and as a holding company and the desire to achieve a well-integrated and automated system. The phenomena that occur at PT Danareksa (Persero) include: The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") at PT Danareksa (Persero) has not been optimal in carrying out company operational transactions and financial consolidation with holding members. The recording system for SUNGL's financial transactions has not been integrated. limited to General Ledger and still standalone on other supporting systems (treasury and budgeting). Based on the results of data processing, the t-statistic value of 3.194 is greater than the t-table of 1.96. The p-value of 0.001 is less than the alpha value of 0.05. This means that the first hypothesis shows that the Project Management Office (H1) is accepted, and H0 is rejected. It can be said that the Project Management Office has an effect on ERP-SAP implementation. The second hypothesis was rejected in this study. According to the study findings, Education and training has a negative effect on ERP-SAP Implementation because it has an estimated value of -0.086. The effect of education and training on ERP-SAP implementation is not significant because it has a p-value of 0.481> 0.05. It can be concluded that education and training have no effect on ERP-SAP implementation, while the budget has a positive effect on ERP-SAP implementation because it has an estimated value of 0.493. The effect of Budget on ERP-SAP Implementation is significant because it has a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that the Budget has a positive effect on ERP-SAP Implementation.
