Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Compensation and Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Taspen (Persero). The object of this research is all employees who work at PT. Taspen (Persero). This research was conducted on 77 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size uses a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this research state that the Organizational Commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior towards PT. Taspen (Persero). Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Compensation, Work Motivation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada PT Taspen (Persero). Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Taspen (Persero). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 77 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap pada PT. Taspen (Persero). Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja.
