Abstract
The vaporizer trend in Indonesia has become popular, especially the millennial generation, so many entrepreneurs opening vapestores in their regions. This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological safety and burnout of vapestore business actors in DKI Jakarta. The subjects in this study were selected through purposive sampling with a number based on the isaac and Michael tables at an error rate of 5%, namely vapestore business actors in the DKI Jakarta area as many as 238 people. The data analysis of this study uses a product moment correlation test and simple regression analysis. The results showed a negative and significant relationship between psychological safety and burnout with a very low level of strength. The influence shown by psychological safety on burnout in vapestore business actors in DKI Jakarta is known to be significant. The higher the psychological safety, the lower the burnout felt by vapestore business actors in DKI Jakarta. Psychological safety given contribute slightly to the variation in burnout which is only 2.06% in vapestore business actors in DKI Jakarta. Keywords : psychological safety, burnout, vapestore Tren vaporizer di Indonesia telah menjadi populer terutama generasi milenial, sehingga mengakibatkan banyak pengusaha membuka toko vapestore di wilayahnya. Oleh karenanya, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan psychological safety dengan burnout pelaku usaha Vapestore di DKI Jakarta. Subjek dalam penelitian ini dipilih melalui purposive sampling dengan jumlah berdasarkan tabel isaac dan Michael pada taraf kesalahan 5% yaitu para pengusaha vapestore di wilayah DKI jakarta sebanyak 238 orang. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara psychological safety dan burnout, namun dengan tingkat kekuatan yang sangat rendah. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan oleh psychologycal safety terhadap burnout pada pengusaha pelaku usaha vapestore di DKI Jakarta diketahui signifikan. Semakin tinggi psychologycal safety maka semakin rendah burnout yang dirasakan oleh pelaku usaha vapestore di DKI Jakarta. Psychologycal safety diketahui memberikan sedikit kontribusi terhadap variasi burnout yang hanya sebesar 2.06% pada pengusaha Pelaku Usaha vapestore di DKI Jakarta.
