Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee performance. the population in this study was 195 implementing staff of the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency. The sample used was 66 people. Sampling method with Slovin Method. Data collection method by survey method, by questionnaire instrument. The analysis method used with PLS (Partial Least Square) is using an outer model that contains convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reablity and using an inner model and for R-Square tests and path coefficient tests. This research shows that work environment, job satisfaction, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an R-Square value of 62.9%. Keywords : Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 195 staf pelaksana Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan 66 orang. Metode penarikan sampel dengan Metode Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metode survei, dengan instrument kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dengan PLS (Partial Least Square) yaitu menggunakan outer model yang terdapat convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reablity dan menggunakan inner model, uji R-Square, Uji Q-Square dan uji koefisien jalur. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai R-Square 62.9%.
