Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership styles and motivation on employee performance. This stdy uses all eployees of CV Tiga Empat Jaya. The population used was 40 respondent. The sampling technique uses slovin technique. The approach taken in this study is to use a structural equation model (SEM) technique with a partial least square (PLS) analysis tool. The results showed that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performace. Keywords : transformational leadership style,motivation, partial least square (PLS) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh karyawan CV. Tiga Empat Jaya. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik slovin. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalaha menggunakan teknik structural equation model (SEM) dengan alat analisasi partial least square (PLS). hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan trasnformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi, partial least square (PLS)
