Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of workload, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance. In this research the independent variables consist from Workload, Work Environment and Work Discipline, and the dependent variables is Performance. The population in this study was 108 head office employees PT. Nusa Construction Engineering, Tbk. The samples used were as many as 85 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. Method of collecting data using a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. Results of this research shows that Workload has a negative and significant effect on Employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance. Work Discipline has a Positive and Significant influence on Employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah Kinerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 108 karyawan kantor pusat PT. Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring, Tbk. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 85 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
