Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, work discipline, and work motivation on teacher performance. The population in this research consists of all junior high school (SMP), senior high school (SMA), and vocational high school (SMK) teachers at Al-Chasanah Education Foundation in West Jakarta, totaling 56 teachers, using a quantitative approach. The sample size determination uses a saturated sampling technique, which involves taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. This study proves that compensation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Work discipline does not significantly affect teacher performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at Al-Chasanah Education Foundation in West Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP, SMA dan SMK Pendidikan Al-Chasanah Jakarta Barat sebanyakan 56 guru dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu pengambilan keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Chasanah Jakarta Barat.
