Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Likuiditas, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Leverage, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder laporan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu www.idx.co.id. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan total sampel penelitian sebanyak 90 data dari 15 perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Eviews 10. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Leverage, Profitabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan Likuiditas dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. The study aims to test the impact of liquidity, sales growth, leverage, profitability, corporate size on corporate value. The object of the study is a mining company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017 until 2022. This research uses secondary data from the company's annual report obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 90 data from 15 companies. This study uses a double linear regression analysis method with the software used is EViews 10. The results in this study show that the leverage, Profitability and size of the company have an influence on the company's value. While Liquidity and Sales Growth have no influence on the Company's Value.
