Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of workload, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at CV. Pandawa Lima Primatech. This research uses quantitative methods. This research sample was taken using the Probability Sampling method, from 102 populations it was then calculated using the Slovin formula and obtained a population value that could be used as a sample of 81 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program version 4.1.0.5. Sample data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to CV employees. Pandawa Lima Primatech. The results of this research show that Workload has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a positive effect on Employee Performance and Work Discipline has no effect on Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Pandawa Lima Primatech. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode Probability Sampling, dari 102 populasi kemudian dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dan mendapatkan nilai populasi yang dapat dijadikan sampel sebanyak 81 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 4.1.0.5. Teknik pengumpulan data sampel dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan CV. Pandawa Lima Primatech. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
