Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workdiscipline, workload and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study consist of 276 LEMIGAS employees. This research was conducted at LEMIGAS. The object of research is all civil servants (PNS) who work at LEMIGAS. This research was conducted because researchers saw that there was a problem in LEMIGAS, such as employee performance targets, and employee absenteeism problems so that researchers were interested in knowing the source of the problem and helping LEMIGAS in improving the quality of Human Resources. In addition, researchers also found inconsistencies with the result of previous studies related to the independent or independent variables on the dependent variable or variable. This research was conducted on 276 Civil Servants (PNS) as a population using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using the slovin formula so that the sample used is as many as 163 employee as respondents. The sample used 163 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method used is convenience sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Work Environment has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 276 pegawai LEMIGAS. Penelitian ini dilakukan di LEMIGAS. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang bekerja di LEMIGAS. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena peneliti melihat terdapatnya suatu permasalahan pada LEMIGAS, seperti sasaran kinerja pegawai, dan permasalahan absensi pada pegawai sehingga peneliti berminat untuk mengetahui sumber permasalahan dan turut membantu LEMIGAS dalam meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia. Selain itu, peneliti juga menemukan ketidakkonsistenan terhadap hasil penelitian terdahulu terkait variable-variabel bebas atau independent terhadap variable terikat atau variable dependent. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 276 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) sebagai populasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 163 pegawai sebagai responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner, metode analisis data menggunakan Patrial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
