Abstract
In providing academic and vocational education, higher education institutions serve as places of learning and development in specific fields of knowledge. In the field of arts, the number of higher education institutions offering arts education in Indonesia, particularly in Jakarta, is still limited. Yet, Jakarta, as one of the major urban centers, has many adequate facilities for establishing an arts-focused higher education institution. The construction of educational institutions with a behavioral architecture approach aims to influence user behavior to align with the needs of individuals engaged within, prioritizing elements of comfort, privacy, and visioning. This concept is designed to consider the conditions and behaviors of users, as well as to foster a positive relationship between people and their environment. Dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan akademik dan vokasi, sekolah tinggi berperan sebagai tempat belajar dan pembinaan di bidang ilmu yang spesifik. Dalam bidang kesenian, jumlah sekolah tinggi yang menyediakan pendidikan seni di Indonesia, khususnya di Kota Jakarta, masih terbatas. Padahal, Jakarta sebagai salah satu pusat kota memiliki banyak fasilitas yang memadai untuk mendirikan sekolah tinggi seni. Pembangunan institusi pendidikan dengan pendekatan arsitektur perilaku bertujuan mempengaruhi perilaku pengguna agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu yang beraktivitas di dalamnya, dengan mengutamakan elemen kenyamanan, privasi, dan visioning. Konsep ini dirancang untuk memperhatikan kondisi dan perilaku pengguna, serta membangun hubungan positif antara manusia dan lingkungan.
