Abstract
This study aims to understand how Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, and Job Stress affect Turnover Intention in Employees of PT Ade Purnama Sejahtera. The object of this research is permanent employees who work at PT Ade Purnama Sejahtera in South Tangerang. This research was conducted on 63 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used in this research is SEM-PLS through a questionnaire. The results showed that (1) Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention of Employees of PT Ade Purnama Sejahtera. (2) Work Environment has a negative and significant influence on Turnover Intention of Employees of PT. Ade Purnama Sejahtera. (3) Job Stress has a positive influence on Turnover Intention of Employees of PT. Ade Purnama Sejahtera. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Job Stress, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Stres Kerja mempengaruhi Turnover Intention pada Karyawan PT. Ade Purnama Sejahtera. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja di PT. Ade Purnama Sejahtera di Tanggerang Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 63 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT. Ade Purnama Sejahtera. (2) Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT. Ade Purnama Sejahtera. (3) Stres Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT. Ade Purnama Sejahtera. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention
