Abstract

This research is to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Eternal Buana Chemical Industries. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Eternal Buana Chemical Industries. This research was conducted on 130 employees using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using the slovin formula so that the sample used is 98.11 (rounded up to 100 employees). The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Eternal Buana Chemical Industries. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Eternal Buana Chemical Industries. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 130 karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga sampel yang digunakan 98,11 (dibulatkan menjadi 100 karyawan). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
