Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance in the educational staff at Faletehan University, Serang. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with independent variables of work discipline (X1), job satisfaction (X2) and the dependent variables are organizational citizenship behavior (Y1) and employee performance (Y2). Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were employees at Faletehan University, Serang, totaling 80 employees. This study uses a sampling technique with a saturated sample method. The method in this study uses an exploratory approach with structural equation modeling data analysis techniques with SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis showed that work discipline (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) had a significant positive effect on OCB (Y1), and work discipline (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y2). Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja pegawai pada tenaga kependidikan Universitas Faletehan Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan variabel independen disiplin kerja (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2) dan variabel dependennya adalah organizational citizenship behavior (Y1) dan kinerja pegawai (Y2). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Universitas Faletehan Serang yang berjumlah 80 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sampel jenuh. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksploratori dengan teknik analisis data structural equation modeling dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil analisis didapatkan disiplin kerja (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB (Y1), dan disiplin kerja (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y2).
