Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by organizational culture. The respondents for this research were 120 employees of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Deputy for Digital Economy and Creative Products, using a quantitative approach. The analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Culture has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Culture are not able to mediate the influence of Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Culture is able to partially mediate the influence of Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational commitment dan job satisfaction terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di mediasi organizational culture. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kemenparekraf Deputi Bidang Ekonomi Digital dan Produk Kreatif yang berjumalh 120 orang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Culture berpengaruh positif dan tidak siginifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Culture tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Organizational Commitment, serta Organizational Culture mampu memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Job Satisfaction
