Abstract
This quantitative research using the correlational method aims to test and analyze the effect of work life balance and quality of work life on work performance in PT X employees in Jakarta. The sample used was 100 respondents through nonprobability sampling technique and analysis testing was assisted through the IBM SPSS software program version 26. There are three measuring instruments used in this study, namely work life balance, quality of work life, and work performance. The results showed that work life balance has a positive influence simultaneously while the quality of work life does not have a significant effect on work performance. The coefficient of determination (R2 ) shows that the two independent variables contribute 49.2% to work performance, while 50.8% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Quality of Work Life, Work Performances Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode korelasional ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh work life balance dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pada Pegawai PT. X di Jakarta. Penggunaan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden melalui teknik non-probability sampling dan pengujian analisis dibantu melalui program software IBM SPSS versi 26. Terdapat tiga alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu work life balance, kualitas kehidupan kerja, dan prestasi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance memiliki pengaruh positif secara simultan sedangkan kualitas kehidupan kerja tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen memberikan kontribusi sebesar 49,2% terhadap prestasi kerja, sementara 50,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model.
