Abstract
The success of an organization depends on the ability of employees as human resources which are important factors in achieving the company's vision, mission, and goals. Organizational community behavior is one form of organizational behavior that seeks to improve organizational performance in a positive way and is done voluntarily. This study aims to determine the effect of work commitment, job satisfaction, work motivation towards organizational citizenship behavior of PT Bagi Kopi employees. The object of this study was all employees working at PT Bagi Kopi. This study was conducted on 36 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using saturated sampling technique, namely taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results show that (1) Work Commitment had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. (2) Job Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. (3) Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Keywords: Work Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Bagi Kopi Keberhasilan suatu organisasi tergantung pada kemampuan karyawan sebagai sumber daya manusia yang merupakan faktor penting dalam mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan perusahaan. Perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku organisasi yang berupaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dengan cara yang positif dan dilakukan secara sukarela. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap Perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi karyawan PT Bagi Kopi. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Bagi Kopi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 36 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan alat analisis PLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. (2) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. (3) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Kata Kunci: Komitmen Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Organizational Citizen Behaviour, Bagi Kopi
