Abstract
This study highlights the importance of talent management in organizations, focusing on employees as valuable assets that contribute to achieving organizational goals. In this context, work encompasses a broad dimension that provides meaning and self-confidence, as well as fostering collaboration. This research employs multiple regression analysis to examine the effects of independent variables, namely Flourishing and Attitude Toward Money, on the dependent variable, Performance, among employees studying at the Faculty of Psychology, Mercu Buana University Jakarta. From 332 respondents, 270 valid data points were analyzed using SPSS Version 26. The results indicate that Flourishing significantly and positively influences Performance by 31.8% (p < 0.05), while Attitude Toward Money contributes positively by 8.5% (p < 0.05). Collectively, both independent variables account for a 19.9% influence on Performance. These findings emphasize that psychological factors, particularly Flourishing, play a crucial role in employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Flourishing, Attitude Toward Money, Performance Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengelolaan talenta di perusahaan, dengan fokus pada karyawan sebagai aset berharga yang berkontribusi terhadap tujuan organisasi. Dalam konteks ini, pekerjaan memiliki dimensi luas yang memberikan makna dan kepercayaan diri, serta mendorong kolaborasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi berganda untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen, yaitu Flourishing dan Attitude Toward Money, terhadap variabel dependen, Performance, pada karyawan yang sedang kuliah di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Dari 332 responden, 270 data yang valid dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Flourishing berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Performance sebesar 31,8% (p < 0.05), sedangkan Attitude Toward Money berpengaruh positif sebesar 8,5% (p < 0.05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen ini mempengaruhi Performance sebesar 19,9%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor psikologis, terutama Flourishing, memainkan peran penting dalam kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Flourishing, Attitude Toward Money, Performance
