Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance through work motivation as an intervention variable. Population in this research were 46 employees of PT. Trade Cj. The sampling method uses a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 46 employees. The Methods of data collection using a survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4.1.2. The results of this research are that Competency does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Competency does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance through work motivation. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 karyawan PT. Cj Trading. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 46 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.1.2. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi Kerja.
