Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on consumer buying interest in free-range chicken in Batuceper sub-district. This study uses a quantitative method based on previous journals and existing theories. The sampling method was carried out by convenience sampling method, with a total of 135 respondents in the Batuceper sub-district. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, price has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Promosi terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen daging ayam kampung di kecamatan Batuceper. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang berlandaskan jurnal jurnal terdahulu serta teori teori yang sudah ada. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode convenience sampling, dengan jumlah 135 responden di kecamatan Batuceper. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistic SmartPLS 3, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli
