Abstract
Subsidized housing, such as Megalisa Cikampek Residences, offers quality homes at affordable prices amid the growing demand for housing in Indonesia. However, promotions through social media, particularly Instagram, lack a consistent visual strategy. This study aims to design a creative and engaging visual strategy to effectively communicate promotional messages, increase brand awareness, and influence consumer purchasing interest. The design process utilizes the Design Thinking method, which consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This design also employs the AISAS (Awareness, Interest, Search, Action, and Share) promotional model and implements visual strategies across various Instagram features. The results of this design show that visual values can add value to digital promotion strategies in the housing sector, particularly in subsidized housing. Perumahan subsidi seperti Megalisa Cikampek Residences menawarkan hunian berkualitas dengan harga terjangkau di tengah meningkatnya kebutuhan perumahan di Indonesia. Namun, promosi melalui media sosial, khususnya Instagram, belum memiliki strategi visual yang konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi visual yang kreatif dan menarik agar pesan promosi dapat tersampaikan dengan baik, meningkatkan brand awareness, serta mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen. Dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu, Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test, perancangan ini juga menggunakan model promosi AISAS (Awareness, Interest, Search, Action and Share) dan implementasi strategi visual pada berbagai fitur Instagram. Hasil perancangan ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai visual dapat memberikan nilai tambah dalam strategi promosi digital di sektor perumahan khususnya perumahan subsidi.
