Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of the ordering process, product quality and location on consumer satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The sample used is 100 respondents (For Mercu Buana University Students Who Have Made Online Purchases Through E-commerce Shopee). Sampling method using purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Quantitative analysis method using statistics. This research proves that the Order Process has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at the Shopee Marketplace. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. Location is positive and has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Proses Pemesanan, Kualitas Produk dan Lokasi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Marketplace Shopee. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden (Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana Yang Pernah Melakukan Pembelian Online Melalui E-commerce Shopee). Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Proses Pemesanan positif dan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Marketplace Shopee. Kualitas Produk positif dan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Marketplace Shopee. Lokasi positif dan signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Marketplace Shopee.
