Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of product quality, price and trust on repurchase intentions. Population in this research are consumers who buy dimsum at CV Koky Dimsum. The sample used is 130 consumers, calculated based on Hair et al. formula. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with the method of data collection using survey, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study proves that product quality has a significant positive influence on repurchase intentions; price has a significant positive effect on repurchase intentions; trust has a significant positive effect on repurchase intentions. Keyword: Product Quality, Price, Trust, Repurchase Intentions Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan kepercayaan terhadap niat beli ulang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli dimsum di CV Koky Dimsum. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 130 konsumen, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Hair et al. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survey, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang; harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang; kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang.
