Abstract
In the era of globalization and evolving economic dynamics, the resort and hotel industry serves as both accommodation providers and creators of unique experiences for guests. This research explores designs that combine operational sustainability with impressive experiences to promote tourism growth. This sector plays a crucial role in driving economic growth and regional transformation, including elements such as agritourism, the role of architecture, the development of resorts and hotels, and the implementation of bioclimatic architecture in Nagrak Village, Bogor Regency. Architectural design is important not only aesthetically but also in responding to societal needs and sustainability challenges. Bioclimatic Architecture, as part of Ecological Architecture according to Heinz Frick, aims to design buildings that are climate-responsive and achieve thermal comfort. Facing global climate change, this concept is increasingly important for creating sustainable buildings. Agritourism combines recreation and agricultural education, creating attractive tourist destinations and driving local economies. Community participation in agritourism creates sustainable development opportunities. Nagrak Village is experiencing dynamic growth, requiring an architectural approach that understands its unique characteristics and needs, with the hope that urban growth can be directed sustainably. The bioclimatic architectural concept for resorts and hotels in Nagrak Village is designed to create buildings that are both energy-efficient and environmentally harmonious. By focusing on bioclimatic principles, the design seeks to optimize the environment, enhance energy efficiency, ensure guest comfort, support local tourism, and integrate with the community. The ultimate goal is to develop sustainable solutions that blend natural beauty with comfort and energy efficiency, fostering spaces that contribute positively to both the environment and the local economy. The design process includes a thorough analysis of regulations and the site, the development of design concepts, form studies, precedent research, space programming, and detailed building design. This approach aims to offer practical guidelines that not only enrich the tourism sector but also shape the character of the area in a way that promotes sustainable growth and enhances community wellbeing. Dalam era globalisasi dan dinamika ekonomi yang terus berkembang, industri resort dan hotel berperan sebagai penyedia akomodasi dan pencipta pengalaman unik bagi tamu. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi desain yang menggabungkan keberlanjutan operasional dengan pengalaman mengesankan, untuk mendorong pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata. Sektor ini penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan transformasi wilayah, termasuk elemen seperti agrowisata, peran arsitektur, perkembangan resort dan hotel, dan implementasi arsitektur bioklimatik di Desa Nagrak, Kabupaten Bogor. Desain arsitektur tidak hanya penting secara estetika, tetapi juga dalam merespons kebutuhan masyarakat dan tantangan keberlanjutan. Arsitektur Bioklimatik, sebagai bagian dari Arsitektur Ekologis menurut Heinz Frick, bertujuan merancang bangunan yang responsif terhadap iklim dan mencapai kenyamanan termal. Menghadapi perubahan iklim global, konsep ini semakin penting untuk menciptakan bangunan berkelanjutan. Agrowisata menggabungkan rekreasi dan edukasi pertanian, menciptakan destinasi wisata menarik dan menjadi pendorong ekonomi lokal. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam agrowisata menciptakan peluang pengembangan berkelanjutan. Desa Nagrak mengalami pertumbuhan dinamis yang memerlukan pendekatan arsitektur yang memahami karakteristik dan kebutuhan uniknya, dengan harapan pertumbuhan kota bisa diarahkan secara berkelanjutan. Perancangan konsep arsitektur bioklimatik untuk resort dan hotel di Desa Nagrak bertujuan menciptakan bangunan yang harmonis, efisien energi, dan mendukung keseimbangan ekologis. Fokus pada prinsip arsitektur bioklimatik mencakup optimalisasi lingkungan, efisiensi energi, kenyamanan tamu, kontribusi pada pariwisata lokal, dan pengintegrasian dengan masyarakat. Melalui pencapaian tujuan-tujuan ini, perancangan ini diharapkan memberikan solusi berkelanjutan untuk perkembangan resort dan hotel di Desa Nagrak, menciptakan ruang yang memadukan keindahan alam, kenyamanan, dan efisiensi energi. Ruang lingkup perancangan mencakup analisis regulasi, analisis tapak, konsep rancangan, studi bentuk, studi preseden, program ruang, dan rancangan detail bangunan.Pendekatan ini diharapkan menjadi panduan praktis yang memperkaya sektor pariwisata dan membentuk karakteristik kota secara utuh, mendukung pertumbuhan berkelanjutan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat.
